Performance Appraisal and Development Planning

To help our employees develop their talents, we have implemented a flexible system of performance appraisals, which is constantly being improved.

Performance Appraisal Allows the Following:

  • to get employees’ suggestions for improvements and give feedback;
  • to thoroughly evaluate employee’s work;
  • to prepare an individual plan of development for each employee;
  • to rethink one or several working conditions for the upcoming period (salary raise and/or promotion, financial bonuses, rotation of the position in the subdivision or changes in the scope of functions, professional training, etc.).

Every Employee has an Opportunity:

  • to perform self-evaluation (optional);
  • to be evaluated by the supervisor;
  • to receive feedback or overall evaluation from the customer;
  • to discuss the results of evaluation, compensations and further professional and career opportunities with their group leader.

Performance Appraisal is conducted in the company every six months. If required (considerable achievements, changes in the position, appearance of certain problems), the procedure of performance appraisal can be initiated ahead of schedule.
