Infopulse Implements a Request Management System for UkrSibbank

Infopulse has implemented a request management system for UkrSibbank, which is part of BNP Paribas Group. The new system is based on Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Project Server integration.

Based on Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Project Server, Infopulse has implemented an Issues Management Server Engine System, which is designed for request management at UkrSibbank.

The Issues Management Server Engine System provides an agile operating principle for IT requests. This solution allows users to work simultaneously with requests via the Microsoft SharePoint list interface and to manage both requests and projects using Microsoft Project Server. This makes it possible to use Microsoft SharePoint collaboration tools and Microsoft Project Server project planning tools conjointly.

Infopulse has also developed a support module for the overall lifecycle of records as part of its co-operation with UkrSibbank. This module realizes decision-making and request-processing business processes.

Functional capabilities of the system include differentiating users’ access rights to fields and libraries, control of versions of attached documents, automatic updates of list boxes according to specified conditions, and automatic records of elements from other lists.

Moreover, the company’s specialists have developed a reporting system based on SQL Server Reporting Services. The product makes it possible to visualize data and to collect statistics of requests in the form of diagrams based on Flash.

As a result of re-engineering the request management system we are able to significantly reduce the work involved in request processing, and it also gives us an opportunity to improve the security and transparency of business processes. In addition, Microsoft Project Server integration allows us to consolidate the data from our activities needed for carrying out requests in our corporate project management system, based on Microsoft Project Server. Hence, we have centralized information on the workload of all our specialists, both those taking part in projects and those carrying out administrative tasks.
