Infopulse in Top 3 of 2012 Best IT Employers According to DOU

The online resource of the Ukrainian developers’ community DOU  has made a rating ‘The Best Employers 2012’.  Infopulse  has come in a good third in the rating among IT companies with the number of professionals the company cooperate with ‘800+’.

The poll analyzed the following aspects of corporate activities:

  • professional growth
  • management
  • working conditions
  • salaries and bonuses
  • recognition of work
  • communication with executive management
  • team spirit

All Ukrainian IT employers participated in the rating. Each professional could vote for a company only once (with the help of a DOU or LinkedIn account).

Different polls are of great importance for Infopulse. And it’s not only for reasons that it’s important for us to determine our rating position. Anyway, the key moment for us is keeping professionals informed about the advantages of cooperation with our company.DOU suggested a very easy-to-use rating, owing to which candidates will be able to quickly become familiar with all the necessary data, to get an idea of strong points of this or that company and to make their own choice. Infopulse has taken part in the rating of DOU for the third time in the last three years.
