Infopulse Ukraine Achieves New Competency in Microsoft Business Solutions

In order to attain the new Competency Infopulse specialists passed MS exams and were certified as Microsoft Certified Technology Specialists: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Installation and Deployment.

Our first knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic CRM implementation and deployment was gained during internal CRM training. Then we transformed our CRM theoretical knowledge into practical experience during implementation of CRM system for Infopulse. And finally we passed corresponding CRM certification. – says Infopulse Senior IT Engineer, who passed the certification.

In December 2009 we implemented Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management system in Infopulse. Our next ambition was to start delivering CRM services and solutions to Ukrainian and global Customers. Besides Business Solutions Competency, Microsoft recognizes Infopulse expertise within five other competencies: Midmarket Solution Provider, Data Platform, Web Development, Portals and Collaboration and Software Development .

It’s very important for us to continue advancement of our Partnership with Microsoft, as far as recognition of our competencies by Microsoft gives us more competitive advantages. In 2010 we see a solid IT spending growth for Microsoft-based solutions and services within global market, especially connected with such products as Microsoft Dynamic CRM,SharePoint and Biztalk server. Therefore Infopulse Board of Directors has decided to pay a decent attention to development of these competencies within the company.
