Client Support Manager
Infopulse is looking for talented specialists to join our team as a Client Support Manager.
Areas of Responsibility
- Answering phone calls and emails to Infopulse GmbH in German (in business hours but applicant’s flexibility would be an advantage)
- Answering questions as to Infopulse GmbH services and organizing further communication steps
- Keeping the communication clear and representative, following the agendas and scripts. An example of the inquiries would be the following: request on more details on Infopulse SCM software, prices, delivery terms and conditions, etc.
- Identifying trends, typical issues, areas for improvement, ways and means to serve customers better. The front-desk representative will not need to answer all questions, but should be able to organize and maintain further communication
- Replying quickly, clarifying all unclear points, assisting customer’s
- Keeping track of agreements, timelines, requestors and their requests
- Thinking ahead, informing people in advance, doublechecking
- Fluent German is a must
- Displaying a high level of being responsive and supportive
