Service Delivery Coordinator (IPC)

Infopulse is inviting talented professionals to join our project as a Service Delivery Coordinator (IPC) for our respectable client TietoEVRY.

Areas of Responsibility

  • To execute tactical and operational governance for Cloud & Infra both internally and externally
  • To be accountable for customer demand management and empowering the delivery team to proactively take care of the add-on sales enablement and growth. Works closely with respective Client Partner and Sales
  • To be accountable for add-on sales and drives growth with whole customer team (e.g. Customer Architect)
  • To lead the delivery team, guiding it to work according to the Customer Delivery Network and Lean way, using the defined policies, processes, practices, and tools
  • To lead customers business continuity through Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) and other related activities with internal/external actions utilizing possible add-on sales that supports Customers’ business targets


  • Proficient English both spoken and written is a must
  • Analytical mindset
  • Experience in IT production 3+ year
