Junior Bid Support Specialist (Norwegian/Swedish speaking)

We are looking for Bid Support Specialist with the knowledge of Norwegian/Swedish. It`s an opportunity to start your career for our respectable client, TietoEVRY, remotely in Poland.

Areas of Responsibility

• Establish a bid project execution plan
• Manage communication between departments, project team, project stakeholders etc.
• Create templates for the bid documents
• Provide best practice textual input on specific requirements
• Collect necessary certificates and other formalities
• Create a common look & feel, textual QA, censoring of the bid-document
• Convert the documents from proposal to contract

Qualifications

• Norwegian/Swedish language knowledge is a must, English – fluent
• Determined and mature approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Creative and enthusiastic team player

Will be an advantage

• Understanding of specifics of Scandinavian mentality and business
• Understanding of B2B
