Internal Controls Manager

Infopulse is inviting talented professionals to join our growing team as an Internal Controls Manager. 

We are looking for an experienced person with strong analytical and communication skills, with solid business and financial understanding for further development of our internal controls environment. We are offering an exciting opportunity to being part of the one of Ukraine’s largest IT outsourcing companies.   

Areas of Responsibility

• Maintain existing internal controls framework within accounting and reporting processes, including controls design/redesign and implementation
• Internal financial processes walkthrough description
• Internal audits performance for key financial areas
• Specification of requirements for technical solution
• Participation in testing, deployment and support of technical solution on production environment and consult accountants on correct usage
• Development of formal policies and procedures
• Assistance during Group Internal Audit activities

Qualifications

• Professional experience within external/internal financial audit, internal controls, accounting, IFRS, finance and/or corporate governance
• Experience of SOX, internal controls testing will be a benefit
• Master’s degree in economics, accounting or finance
• 3 + years of experience (it’s beneficial to have experience from an international company)
• Excellent command of verbal business English
• Excellent writing skills in English
• Good skills in MS Office, Sharepoint
• ACCA qualification or similar (may be in progress)
• Experience in IT companies (preferable)
