Performance Appraisal Allows the Following:
- to get specialists suggestions for improvements and give feedback;
- to thoroughly evaluate specialists performance;
- to prepare an individual plan of development for each specialist;
- to rethink one or several points for the upcoming period (compensation raise and/or role promotion, financial bonuses, rotation of the position in the subdivision or changes in the scope of functions, professional training, etc.).
Every Specialist has an Opportunity:
- to perform self-evaluation (optional);
- to be evaluated by the supervisor;
- to receive feedback or overall evaluation from the customer;
- to discuss the results of evaluation, compensations and further professional and career opportunities with their group leader.
Performance Appraisal is conducted in the company every six months on a yearly basis. If required (considerable achievements, changes in the position, appearance of certain problems), the procedure of performance appraisal can be initiated ahead of schedule.
