Areas of Responsibility
- Set up and facilitate Scrum process
- Plan and conduct Scrum ceremonies
- Conduct planning and backlog grooming
- Work closely with Product Owner and Program manager on the customer side on the development backlog
- Keep the backlog in good shape
- Facilitate estimation and task tracking
- Supporting and motivating the team
Qualifications
- Project experience in the role of Scrum Master at least 3 years, preferably more than 5 years
- Several large client assignments that can be used as a reference
- Scrum Master certification - at least one of the following:
- SAFe Agilist
- SAFe Practitioner
- SAF Advanced Scrum Master
- PSM I-III (Professional Scrum Master)
- Certified ScrumMaster
- Advanced Certified ScrumMaster
- Experience in the role of Scrum Master in public cloud projects
- Experience with the following tools: Jira, Confluence
- Experience in Agile projects also in a role other than Scrum Master: e.g. as a developer
