Internal Auditor

The Quality Compliance team is currently seeking for an analytically minded creative Internal Auditor. We are offering an exciting opportunity to be part of one of Ukraine’s largest IT outsourcing companies.     

Areas of Responsibility

• Perform the full audit cycle over projects’ and operations’ effectiveness and compliance with applicable standards, and customer and company regulations
• Collect, analyze and evaluate projects’ documentation, previous reports, artifacts, etc.
• Identify the processes and documents compliant with the requirements as well as the gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Recommend corrective and/or preventive actions and discuss these measures with the stakeholders
• Prepare and present the audit reports
• Conduct follow-up audits to monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions
• Auditing also includes consulting services, and advising teams on how to improve their business processes
• Perform risk assessments on key business activities and use this information to guide what should be covered in audits
• Manage expectations of stakeholders through regular open communications
• Engage in the continuous development of knowledge regarding regulations, best practices, and standards

• In depth knowledge of Information Technologies and Software Development concepts is essential
• Upper-intermediate English is essential
• Education in Computer Science, IT or relevant as well as experience in IT is preferable
• Understanding of ISO 9001, 27001, ITIL, CMMi/Spice standards, and project management is a good advantage
