Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

Infopulse is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst. Our customer - companies providing audit, tax, consulting and financial advisory services.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Requirements elicitation, gathering and analysis
  • Requirements design, developing and documenting
  • Requirements management
  • Requirements documents approval process
  • Communication with product stakeholders
  • Support customer with questions and functionality logic
  • Participation in Solution design process with Development team

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of BA experience in IT
  • Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow platform
  • Strong understanding of SDLC
  • Proficiency in writing functional and non-functional requirements, use cases design, system diagrams
  • Strong knowledge of requirement management processes and change management processes
  • Hands on experience in documenting business processes, user interfaces, data structures and business logic, UML, SQL, Agile (Scrum)
  • Structural approach, i.e. the ability to decompose the entire scope with respect to the given level of details
  • Strong working experience in presenting the requirements to various target groups
  • English - upper intermediate+

Will be an advantage

  • Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM will be an advantage
