Areas of Responsibility
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly
- Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance and explore additional sales opportunities
- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for SMS A2P services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services
- Create and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities and campaigns
- Coordinate with product development teams to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into product improvements
- Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any service issues
- Manage all end-to-end activities with your customer base, including interconnection projects, contract negotiations, and other related operational activities
- Reporting and Analytics
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Qualifications
- Strong understanding & experience of SMS A2P services, including industry trends and market dynamics
- Experience in international wholesale SMS A2P
- University degree in business, marketing, economics or similar domains
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
