Infopulse, Part of TietoEvry Create, is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Jira/Confluence application Administrator.
Areas of Responsibility
- Administration and maintenance of Jira and Confluence application servers (RHEL 9)
- Performing upgrade tasks for Jira and Confluence
- Taking part in the migration of Jira and Confluence instances to the Microsoft Azure environment
- Configuring and managing plugins in Jira and Confluence
- Configuring projects/workspaces in Jira, Confluence and (optional) Jira Service Manager (JSM)
- General administration in Jira, JSM, Confluence: Screens, Workflows, Permission schemes, Boards etc
- Customers support: processing requests and resolving issues of Jira and Confluence users
- Advanced Jira/Confluence configuration with Scriptrunner: developing scripts for Escalation Services, Listeners, Behaviors
Qualifications
- Good English skills
- Linux admin skills
- Confluence and Jira skills as admin
- Jira service management skills
- A proactive profile who is always looking for the best solutions
Will be an advantage
- ITSM skills
- MS Azure skills
- Database skills (SQL, Postgres, Oracle DB)
- Java/Groovy/JS
