Machine Learning Engineer (m/f/d/v)

Infopulse, Part of Tietoevry Create is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as an ML Engineer. 

Our customer is one of the Big Four companies providing audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory services. You are welcome to join a team of 30 people who are working on a platform for a solution to optimize the use of office space in the customer's offices.

This role involves managing the end-to-end development of machine learning models, from data preparation and model development to deployment. Also, you will collaborate closely with back-end developers for deployment and serving.

Areas of Responsibility

• Identify, classify, and propose design solutions for high-level business problems.
• Develop, train, and fine-tune machine learning models.
• Perform feature engineering and data preprocessing.
• Work on model deployment and integration, with support from back-end engineers.
• Coordinate provisioning and monitoring solutions for ML pipelines, including data flow and model performance, and collaborate with the DevOps team.
• Optimize models for inference in production environments.

Qualifications

• Proficient in machine learning algorithms, and data science.
• Experience with classification problems and recommenders.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (Tensorflow or similar) and data processing libs (pandas, SciPy, scikit, etc.).
• Understanding of data processing and feature engineering techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL, data manipulation tools, and languages.
• Experience with ML pipelines.
• Experience with model deployment.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.

• Cloud services PaaS ML services (Azure ML preferable) and orchestration tools.
• RAG and Agentic applications.
• Knowledge graphs.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes) for ML workloads.
