Infopulse, Part of TietoEvry Create, is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a SAP S/4HANA Finance Architect.
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP solutions for our clients. Among them - a greenfield S/4HANA implementation project for a leading retail company in Ukraine.
The SAP Architect will be responsible for creating a cohesive SAP ecosystem that aligns with the organizations' strategic goals, ensuring optimized business processes, and overseeing the transition to next-generation SAP solutions, including S/4HANA. The role requires strong expertise in SAP architecture, systems integration, and enterprise application deployment to drive successful digital transformation initiatives.
Areas of Responsibility

Architecture Design & Strategy: Develop and maintain the overall SAP architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical strategy. Lead the roadmap development for SAP platforms, including ECC and S/4HANA migrations.

System Integration: Design and implement system integrations between SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, etc.) and other enterprise applications. Ensure interoperability between SAP and other enterprise systems such as CRM, HR, and data warehouses.

Project Leadership: Lead and provide guidance on SAP implementation projects, including new module deployments, upgrades, and migrations to S/4HANA. Work closely with project managers to ensure technical objectives are met on time and within budget.

Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work with cross-functional teams, including business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors, to gather requirements and define best-fit SAP solutions. Present technical concepts and project status to senior management.

Technical Expertise & Problem-Solving: Provide technical leadership in SAP-related problem-solving and support. Ensure the successful resolution of complex issues, including performance tuning, security, and compliance-related configurations.

Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure SAP systems are designed and implemented in line with regulatory and compliance standards, especially in industries such as finance, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals. Drive adoption of SAP best practices and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Migration & Transition Leadership: Lead the organization's transition to SAP S/4HANA, whether through Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid migration approaches. Evaluate system conversion options and oversee data migration strategies.

Innovation & Emerging Technologies: Stay updated on emerging SAP technologies, tools, and best practices. Explore and recommend innovative SAP solutions such as SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud, and AI-driven applications to enhance the business’s SAP capabilities.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, etc.), with at least 4 years in an architecture role.
- Proven experience in SAP system design, integration, and implementation, with an emphasis on S/4HANA migrations.
- Experience working in industries with complex regulatory environments (e.g., finance, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing) is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, etc.) and their integration points.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture, including migration approaches (Brownfield, Greenfield, Hybrid).
- Proficient in SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP BW/BI, and other SAP technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of SAP security, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Will be an advantage
- Experience with SAP HANA database, SAP Cloud solutions, and SAP integration with third-party applications.
- Understanding of non-SAP enterprise applications and platforms like CRM, HR, and supply chain systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- SAP certifications in S/4HANA, architecture, or relevant modules are highly desirable.
