Strategic Leadership
- Define and implement SAP QM strategies that align with organizational goals
- Lead full-cycle SAP QM implementation and enhancement projects

- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing SAP QM team
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment

Quality Management Expertise
- Analyze and optimize quality management processes
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Project Coordination
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively

Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly

Continuous Improvement
- Stay abreast of SAP QM developments and implement the best practices
- Drive process improvements to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in SAP QM consulting (preferably acting as a Team Lead)
- Experience of leading multiple full-cycle SAP QM implementations
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other modules
- Understanding of food safety and quality regulations
- An Upper Intermediate level of English
Will be an advantage
- Experience in the food production or fermentation industry
- Additional foreign language skills
- SAP QM professional certification
