Microsoft System Administrator (L2 Support)

Infopulse, Part of TietoEvry Create, is inviting a talented professionals to join our project as MS Windows System Administrator (L2 Support).

Areas of Responsibility

  • Software and hardware problems diagnosis and troubleshooting
  • Communication with customers
  • Identification of solutions/workarounds to resolve the issues as quickly as possible
  • Managing support both with or without remote access
  • Defining the root cause of the issue
  • Operational tickets investigation/ resolution
  • Escalation to / collaboration of unresolved issues with internal teams
  • Providing client education, if necessary, because of knowledge gaps in products/business usage
  • Working hours: 07:00—23:00 UA, 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in MS Windows system administration
  • Hands-on knowledge of Office 365 administration
  • Strong knowledge of administration and configuration of Windows servers
  • Strong understanding of backup and monitoring solutions
  • Good knowledge of server platforms and server administration
  • Experience in working with Azure or AWS is a plus
  • Knowledge of MS SQL is a plus
  • Knowledge of Linux and/or knowledge of PowerShell scripting
  • Intermediate written and spoken English
  • Service-oriented professional attitude
