Middle/Senior SAP FM Consultant (m/f/d/v)

Infopulse, Part of TietoEvry Create, is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Middle/Senior SAP FM Consultant.

As an SAP FM Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting, implementing, and optimizing SAP Funds Management solutions for our clients. You will work on both regional and international projects, helping businesses improve their financial management processes and achieve strategic goals.

Areas of Responsibility

• SAP FM Implementation and Support (assist in deploying pre-configured SAP solutions for clients’ operational needs, configure SAP FM functionalities such as budget planning, controls, and execution, manage data preparation and verification for system implementation and updates)
• Process Optimization and Problem-Solving (analyze and improve budgeting and financial management processes, conduct functional and integration testing to ensure system reliability and performance, address deviations and coordinate solutions with global support teams)
• Documentation and Training (develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including setup protocols, user guides, and specifications, train and support end-users to facilitate system adoption and proficiency)
• Stakeholder Collaboration (work closely with global support groups to handle system changes and updates, including SAP Notes and updates, prepare and transfer change specifications to global teams for implementation)
• Project Involvement (participate in SAP implementation projects, focusing on new functionality and system upgrades, provide support during go-live phases and ensure smooth system launches)
• Leadership (for Senior Level) (define and oversee the architecture of SAP FM solutions, ensuring alignment with client strategies, mentor junior consultants and lead project teams to successful outcomes, engage with executive-level stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions and recommendations)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• SAP certifications are a strong advantage
• Mid-Level: 3–5 years of experience with SAP FM or related modules; Senior Level: 7+ years of experience, including leadership roles and multiple full lifecycle implementations
• Proficiency in SAP FM configuration (budgeting, funds control, etc.) and integration with other modules (FI, CO, MM, SD)
• Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies (ASAP, Agile, SAP Activate)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work in diverse, cross-functional teams

Will be an advantage

• Knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools 
• Knowledge of ABAP programming and SAP Solution Manager.
