Infopulse welcomes talented professionals to join our International Business Development and Marketing Team as an Administrator.
Areas of Responsibility
- Provide support in daily tasks and organize work of department leaders
- Organize business meetings (online and offline; internal and external)
- Participate in meetings, keep the agenda, gather results and proceed with action points
- Together with Travel Desk support organization of business trips
- Execute routine department processes
- Maintain and revise internal department documentation
- Prepare and process reports on departmental activities
- Coordinate cross-department activities
- Update content on the corporate Intranet
- Be responsible for project time trackin
Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful experience as a personal assistant or similar (preferably in IT)
- Fluent English (both speaking and writing)
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office
- MS SharePoint or other CMS experience is an advantage
