Administrator for Business Development and Marketing Department

Infopulse welcomes talented professionals to join our International Business Development and Marketing Team as an Administrator.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Provide support in daily tasks and organize work of department leaders
  • Organize business meetings (online and offline; internal and external)
  • Participate in meetings, keep the agenda, gather results and proceed with action points
  • Together with Travel Desk support organization of business trips
  • Execute routine department processes
  • Maintain and revise internal department documentation
  • Prepare and process reports on departmental activities
  • Coordinate cross-department activities
  • Update content on the corporate Intranet
  • Be responsible for project time trackin

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of successful experience as a personal assistant or similar (preferably in IT)
  • Fluent English (both speaking and writing)
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office
  • MS SharePoint or other CMS experience is an advantage

  • Being meticulous with details, responsibility, and proactive attitude to problem solving
  • Well-developed communication skills, commitment to the mission, stress-resistance
  • Ability to make arrangements

  • Self-discipline, ability to learn quickly
