Infopulse Ukraine welcomes talented professionals to join our project as a BMC Remedy Administrator.
Our customer (Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co (HPE)) is a provider of intelligent solutions and cloud-based services. The company's product portfolio comprises servers, storage devices, networking products, converged systems, software, customized financial solutions, and cloud service-based products. Products in scope include BMC Remedy ITSM Suite (9.1 and higher) in both single and multi-tenancy, BMC TrueSight Operations Management, BMC TrueSight Orchestration and BMC TrueSight Vulnerability Management and are in highly available and resilient designs. Administrators are required to have experience in configuring and maintaining BMC Remedy environments, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Areas of Responsibility
- Perform and oversee installations, changes or upgrades of BMC Redemy solutions;
- Configure and maintain BMC Remedy environments;
- Performance tuning and troubleshooting of BMC Remedy environments. Administer and
maintain the BMC Remedy ITSM platform for optimal performance including but not
limited to applying updates, monitoring, upgrades, process queries and reports,
monitoring the entire system to make sure all system transactions are processed correctly; - Support Remedy and ITSM tools in relation to Incident Management, Problem
Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Request
Management, Service Level Management, CMDB/Asset Management and Reporting
business solutions; - Support Remedy integrations;
- This position will support IT service management activities across the enterprise.
Qualifications
- Technical Skills:
- Thorough understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management concepts;
- 3+ years of experience with BMC Remedy configuration and development;
- 3+ years hands-on experience with installation and configuration of software
applications.; - 3+ years of infrastructure/server administration experience;
- Troubleshooting experience in working with product vendor and customers;
- Experience with integrating other systems with BMC Remedy;
- A university degree in Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
- Thorough understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management concepts;
- Soft skills:
- Working well as part of a dynamic and multi-cultural team;
- Ability to participate in and support meetings with various stakeholders;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Diplomacy and tact necessary to work effectively within a large IT organization.
