Sales and Account Manager (Europe)

We are present in 7 countries across Europe, North and South America, and we plan to expand and nurture our customer base by hiring a motivated, business-oriented, and technology-driven Sales and Account Manager (Europe) who can bring a new breath into our business and take the European market to the next level.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers:
    • Manage client and company strategy
    • Ensure client satisfaction and manage client expectations
    • Promote Infopulse positions inside the client organization to develop fruitful win-win cooperation between the companies
    • Actively look for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell for clients
    • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate regular client meetings and reports
    • Process all issues and escalations if any appear from the client side
    • Manage the financial part of the cooperation (rates, contractual positions, invoicing, costs, budgets, etc.)
    • Be responsible for P&L in the given accounts.
  • Manage new potential customers:
    • Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with potential customers through your qualification and network
    • Contribute to the shaping of the go-to-market strategy with our Sales Leadership team in the region: in collaboration with Service Owners and Business Development teams, you will ensure that our offer matches the market needs
    • Take full responsibility of P&L for your own customers and projects
    • Coordinate internal stakeholders and experts to develop and shape service solutions that fit customers’ needs
    • Teamwork: build close relationships with the company departments (delivery, legal, finance, recruitment, etc.) to ensure that the sales process is smooth and effective
    • Build trusting relationships with customers
    • Advocate customers’ interests towards the company and company’s interests towards customers
    • Present and represent Infopulse Europe at national/international events.

Qualifications

  • Degree in management, sales, IT, telecom, or similar disciplines
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales with proven track record
  • Experience in one or more tech domains: IT infrastructure build-up or operations, enterprise applications, software development and/or any related field
  • Proven experience with nurturing customer relationships into long-lasting partnerships
  • Knowledge and experience in one or more industries like telecom, banking, retail, fintech, energy, mining, etc. would be a big advantage 
  • Ability to draft, contribute, and negotiate commercial offers with customers
  • Ability to prepare and present financial plans, forecasts, account development plans, and business cases
  • Ability to speak the same language with customers and align their needs with our tech capabilities
  • Business creativity and ability to implement new business models
  • Fluent English
