Solution Advisor for Telco Industry
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Solution Advisor with expertise in the Telco industry to join our international Infopulse Team. As a Solution Advisor, you will play a crucial role in understanding client requirements, developing effective solutions, and providing expert guidance to meet the specific technology needs of organizations from the telecom domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, presales, and technical experts, to deliver innovative solutions to our clients.
Areas of Responsibility
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on IT solutions and technologies specific to the Telco industry.
- Work together with Sales and Account Managers on ongoing opportunities, analyze client business requirements and objectives, and provide strategic guidance on leveraging technology to achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs, participate in pre-sales activities, and assist in creating compelling proposals and presentations.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Work together with Delivery and Sales on designing and developing customized technology solutions for the Telco domain that align with clients' requirements, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on selecting appropriate partners and vendors, who can bring additional value to the Infopulse services and solutions for the Telco industry.
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and workshops to showcase the capabilities and benefits of proposed solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in technologies, industry standards, and regulations to provide cutting-edge advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams (Sales, Account Managers, and Delivery).
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant field.
- Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and internal teams. German or Dutch will be considered as an advantage, as it may facilitate communication with clients in the regions where these languages are prevalent.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in articulating complex ideas clearly and concisely in a manner that is engaging, persuasive, and easily understandable.
- Proven experience working in the IT industry, specifically with a focus on providing solutions to the Telco sector or in the Telco industry as an IT expert / Architect.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with core processes specific to the Telco industry, including IT systems and quality controls, which are supporting these processes.
- Familiarity with a wide range of industry-specific systems and solutions.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering technology solutions and managing client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel to client sites if needed.
