EDB Partnership Documents Are Signed

After almost a year of negotiations and preparations final partnership agreement between Infopulse Ukraine and EDB is signed.

By means of this agreement EDB became a stockholder of Infopulse Ukraine with part 60% of shares. During his visit to Infopulse Kiev office president and CEO of EDB Endre Rangnes held a small presentation of EDB company, Scandinavian IT-market, and plans of companies future cooperation.
