Infopulse Ukraine comments on the anticompetitive action in a government tender in 2017

With reference to the allegations on anticompetitive actions and consequent fines received on December 15, 2021 Infopulse Ukraine decided not to appeal to the decision by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

Based on the findings of the independent investigation conducted by an external auditor, the assignments of responsible persons have been terminated.  In addition, the company has initiated improvements in areas of management supervision and control as well raising awareness on the competition law.

Tietoevry has zero tolerance towards any unethical behavior or misconduct in its operations, and requires all employees worldwide including subsidiaries, suppliers and their subcontractors to comply with the national legislation and the principles set out in the company’s ethical guidelines, Code of Conduct. Tietoevry’s Code of Conduct is in accordance with the UN Global Compact and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
