Infopulse Is the First Company to Provide Account Management Services for Belgacom ICS

Infopulse will perform part of the account management of voice traffic telecom carriers for BICS (Belgacom International Carrier Services) worldwide. The new BICS Account Management (AM) team will provide the management of the existing and new interconnectivity accounts for business development, relationship maintenance and proactive search of new opportunities and will be dealing with pricing, financial, legal and technical issues of the company’s interconnects.
Infopulse AM project is our first experience of externalized account management. We have developed several IT projects with Infopulse before and were extremely satisfied with the results, especially with the price-quality ratio. To get acquainted with the peculiarities of the company workflow and to better suit BICS quality standards, every Infopulse account manager has undergone two month of training with BICS experts. Since then, the Infopulse AM team has been working with numerous BICS’ interconnects in different countries and we are planning to further extend our cooperation – Christophe Pirson, Voice Trading Director at BICS
Providing account management for BICS, Infopulse is the first Ukrainian IT company to present the non-IT services – remote business operations management.
