The Worldwide Largest ITC Event CeBIT 2006 Finished

The 14th worldwide largest ITC event CeBIT 2006 (March 9-15) has finished. The number of CeBIT 2006 exhibitors was over 3,305, from 70 countries. The total number of visitors was over 450,000.
Infopulse Ukraine participated in this show for the 5th time. This year Infopulse Ukraine had a booth at the Hall 8, devoted to the outsourcing software development services. The jump in attendance from North America (up 28 percent) and from South and Central America (by 38 percent) showed increased interest of European and USA companies to outsourcing topic.
CeBIT 2006 has gathered 290 companies from Central and Eastern Europe including 32 companies from Ukraine. Extremely high rate of professional attendance this year (around 85 percent of all attendees) allowed Ukrainian companies to achieve new level in presenting theirselves. Majority of visitors showed familiarity with Ukraine and its scientific achievements, strong technical education and powerful IT-sector. Therefore the main focus of preliminary talks had moved from introduction to discussing specific issues of possible cooperation.
This year as well as last one Infopulse Ukraine participated at the united CIS Software Pavilion (Hall 8, Booth B04). The pavilion was organized by RUSSIFT Association, IT-Ukraine association and Fort-Ross marketing agency. During the exhibition representatives of Infopulse Ukraine arranged about a hundred of business-meetings, participated in a number of conferences and matchmaking events.
