Areas of Responsibility

• Cooperation with coordinators and roaming engineers within Roaming Operations team
• Close coordination of day-to-day activities with customer’s roaming team, and assistance in speeding up the creation of roaming relations
• Negotiations with customer’s roaming teams on speeding up the opening of new relationships, or helping to solve blocking issues
• Escalation of blocked projects to internal and external stakeholders to make them progress
• Internal prioritization of testing and creation of relations

Qualifications

• University degree (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in telecom business
• Knowledge of international roaming processes
• In-depth knowledge of Roaming processes & international contacts, a helicopter view of the Roaming world
• Basic technical knowledge: infrastructure/ Network nodes/ Services/ GSM
• Excellent Team player and being flexible
• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Ability to perform independently, good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer focus, being result-oriented
