Infopulse Ukraine Presents the CRM + Document Workflow Solution

Infopulse Ukraine presented a new software solution at the Call Centers & CRM exhibition which took place in Kyiv on the 14th and 15th of April 2010.

Infopulse’s specialists have developed a solution for 50-100 active users, which is adjusted to IT budget cuts and can be implemented over the period of 2 months.

The CRM + Document Workflow solution provides for unified information space within a commercial department and adjusts customer relation processes and documents throughout all sales stages.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM has been selected as the primary system component allowing to manage information on customers, suppliers, partners, agreement, invoices, etc. The DocsVision system is used as the solution’s electronic documentation management system.
