Infopulse welcomes talented professionals to join our project as Middle or Senior Business Analyst. Our customer - companies providing audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory services.
Areas of Responsibility
- Requirements elicitation, gathering and analysis
- Requirements design, developing and documenting
- Requirements management
- Requirements documents approval process
- Communication with product stakeholders
- Support customer with questions and functionality logic
- Participation in Solution design process with Development team
Qualifications
- 3+ years of BA experience in IT
- Knowledge or experience with ServiceNow platform
- Strong understanding of SDLC
- Proficiency in writing functional and non-functional requirements, use cases design, system diagrams
- Strong knowledge of requirement management processes and change management processes
- Hands on experience in documenting business processes, user interfaces, data structures and business logic, UML, SQL, Agile (Scrum)
- Structural approach, i.e. the ability to decompose the entire scope with respect to the given level of details
- Strong working experience in presenting the requirements to various target groups
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills and result oriented approach
- Team player abilities
- English - upper intermediate+
Will be an advantage
- Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM will be an advantage
