Infopulse is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Senior IT Analyst for a leading European universal bank. As an IT Analyst, you will play a key role in actively contributing to the collaboration between business and IT to create fintech digital solutions.
Areas of Responsibility
- Cooperating with multiple stakeholders in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable solutions
- Eliciting functional and non-functional requirements
- Securing requirements traceability during smooth end-to-end development
- Being responsible for requirements documentation (inc. use cases) and quality improvement
- Supporting testers and developers in the team and hub
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT Analyst
- Knowledge of the banking sector and payments domain
- A strong foundation in technical concepts allowing to understand technical documentation and act as an intermediary between technical and business teams
- Profound understanding of the payments and card industry, underpinned by strong business acumen
- Demonstrated experience in User Interface (UI) design and prototyping is essential
- Proven expertise in Process Modeling
- Comprehensive knowledge of Data Mapping and Migration is critical, as these skills are central to the project’s success
- Familiarity with the agile way of working and its methods (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban)
- Experience of using Jira and Confluence
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills and familiarity with international collaboration with different stakeholder groups
Will be an advantage
- Transaction flow experience in the card domain
- Practical experience with SQL
