Infopulse is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Senior Pega Developer in Poland.
In this role you will spearhead the systems teams' efforts to improve the pipelines & applications in multiple domains, act as a key point of contact for other application teams for technical input and supporting them in their development. You will oversee the pipelines and drive action on application telemetry from Predictive Diagnostic Cloud.
Areas of Responsibility
- Lead the implementation of the Pega platform
- Collaborate with other teams and provide technical guidance
- Ensure adoption of the best practices across the application development processes
- Provide architectural input and guidance for technical details on the project
- Contribute to other teams' development efforts as well as the project spanning technical functions
- Ensure high quality deliverables by quality assuring application configuration
- Troubleshoot technical challenges
Qualifications
- Experience leading a Pega development team
- Experience working with deployment manager
- Experience working with Predictive Diagnostic Cloud
- Deep understanding of the Pega platform
- Good understanding of low-code/no-code accelerated time-to-value
- Experience working with databases
- Experience with complex integrations
- Stakeholder management experience
- Good understanding of business dynamics
- Good collaboration skills
- Experience in guiding more junior developers
Will be an advantage
- PCSSA certification (at least version 8.5)
- Banking experience
