Infopulse Poland is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Support Engineer CIAA (Python/AWS) for our customer, a modern bank that creates new digital solutions, in Gdansk or Gdynia.
Areas of Responsibility
- Perform regular maintenance and configuration changes to ensure the smooth operation of the Customer Intelligence and Advanced Analytics (CIAA) application
- Manage the deployment process, including coordinating and overseeing the go-live activities to ensure seamless transitions
- Provide ongoing support for the CIAA application, addressing any technical issues or user queries promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any application-related issues encountered by users
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in machine learning model deployment and application support to enhance the effectiveness of CIAA support services
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Python programming language
- Familiarity with AWS, demonstrated through practical experience, certification, or completed courses
- Understanding of machine learning (ML) and data analyst processes
Will be an advantage
- Familiarity with Hadoop technology
- Analyst/Data Scientist background
