Infopulse is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as an IT Service/Project Manager for a remote cooperation in Poland.
This role is about ensuring satisfactory execution of environment upgrade by maintaining clear communication to stakeholders about the progress of the execution, issues and their resolution, and potential adjustments to the plan.
Areas of Responsibility
- Ensure clear communication about environment status
- Act as a primary contact for all customer queries and issues
- Ensure proper execution of service requests relevant to environments
- Ensure detailed investigation and diagnosis of incidents and service requests
- Perform root cause analysis of infrastructure problems and develop resolution plans
- Maintain all documentations for deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and problem resolution activities
- Produce management information including KPIs and reports
- Ensure clear communication, knowledge sharing, and training
- Mentor and direct team members for timely completion of assigned projects
- Work with different Development/Test teams to ensure plans are optimized within timelines
- Oversee infrastructure upgrades, modifications and deployments
- Involve in other Implementation team deliveries
Qualifications
- Project Management experience
- IT development, test and operations experience
- ITIL Foundation
- Understanding of incident, change and release management processes
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Professional level of written and spoken English
- Strong relationship management skills
- Possibility to work evenings/weekends if required
