Project Assistant / PMO Specialist

Infopulse Poland is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Project Assistant/PMO Specialist in Gdynia or Gdansk.

Office presence is negotiable.

In this role you will act as the bridge between Execution Leaders and Project Portfolio Management and a key enabler for successful execution of Projects, Programmes and Agile Release Trains.

 

Areas of Responsibility

  • Communicate effectively and drive follow-up actions to different stakeholders at all levels of the organisation 
  • Carry out risk assessments both for the overall programme level and ensure it is done on a workstream level that includes relevant QRAs/CRMAs
  • Provide status updates with the help of various tools that are used for regulatory initiatives (mainly Irma and PowerApp tool developed by Group Regulatory Affairs)
  • Govern traceability matrix and keep it updated for regulatory projects
  • Support a programme manager with driving one of the workstreams. Activities consist of breaking down the DORA legislative articles into internal requirements that can be used for conducting a gap analysis. The gap analysis is needed to define what activities we need to add to the line teams involved in existing projects

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role on medium to large scale Projects, Hubs or Programmes
  • Deep understanding of financial processes and experience in cost estimations, accruals creation and invoice handling 
  • PMI or similar PMO/Project Management certification
  • Exposure to Agile processes and methodologies 
  • Experience in using SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, PPM 
  • Experience in Finance (actuals, forecast, accruals, invoice tracking)
  • Experience in Delivery management (Key Milestones Tracking, Communication of Deliveries, Portfolio Health) 
  • Experience with Reporting and KPIs (Financial reports, Progress reports, Team reports, KPIs reporting)
  • Experience in Dependency management (Dependency Map and Follow-up) 
  • Experience in Resources management (Demand & Supply Map, On/Off-boarding, Time reporting) 

Will be an advantage

  • Risk management experience (QRA, risk analysis and assessment) 
  • Experience in a regulatory implementation initiative
  • Experience with banking projects
