Infopulse invites a talented professional to join our growing team as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant in a Telecom Team for our respectful client BICS. As a Functional Consultant, you will be involved in the full-cycle implementation, consulting, configuration, training, testing, installation, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP system.
Areas of Responsibility
- Finance Module Implementation and Support: Lead and participate in the implementation and support of the Dynamics 365 Finance module, ensuring alignment with client business processes
- Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their Finance business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Configuration and Customization: Configure Dynamics 365 Finance functionalities based on client requirements and collaborate with development teams for any necessary customizations
- End-User Training: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on Dynamics 365 Finance functionalities and provide ongoing support and guidance
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Dynamics 365 Finance configurations and customizations and ensure the delivered solutions meet the specified business requirements and quality standards. Assist in the system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
- Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and implemented solutions and develop user manuals and training materials as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP system
- Ability to understand, communicate, and interpret business processes and requirements
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing the finance module
- In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting processes
- Ability to perform under minimal supervision and perform in changing environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements
- Upper intermediate level of English.
