Infopulse Poland, Part of Tietoevry Create is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Senior Automation Test Engineer with Java knowledge in Gdansk, Poland. You will work in a diverse, agile, highly international environment with ambitious people determined to reach our common goal – to meet the unique needs of our customer.
Tools and technology used: Java Message Service (JMS), qTest, Gherkin/BDD, Selenium, Maven, Git.
This position requires a hybrid work model: remote work - 60%, office work - 40%.
Areas of Responsibility
- Testing integrations between client’s legacy and new systems to vendor systems for card transactions
- Creating and maintaining automated system and system integration tests
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of test automation development experience
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of Java (version 8 or later), JUnit
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience with REST API test automation
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
- Understanding of software design principles
- Understanding of clean code practices (SOLID, DRY, KISS)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines configuration and maintenance
- Good communication skills
- At least Upper Intermediate level of English
Will be an advantage
- Experience with Cucumber, Jenkins or similar
- Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka
- Experience with IBM MQ
- ISTQB Foundation level knowledge
