Customer Success Manager (Cloud Comm)

Infopulse welcomes a talented Customer Success Manager (Cloud Comm), a commercial star, who is passionate and self-driven to join Telecom Team for our respectful client remotely.

We are looking for the one who can drive growth, and with an entrepreneurial spirit that is strong and versatile. An individual that understands the benefits of teamwork, and that can adapt to a global reach.


  • You would be at the helm of the customer interaction, and product development covering a multitude of countries/continents with a large variety of cultures, regulations, and dependencies. You would develop/optimize the sales pipe, and product suite of your portfolio
  • You would positively impact the company’s culture by adding new thoughts and best practices
  • You would deliver a plan for your region/product and be the owner of such plan
  • You would feed the company with industry trends and knowledge, for further development
  • You would deliver on set objectives and company goals


  • In a growing segment, with constant changes, it is important for this individual to be able to understand the market dynamics, rapidly adapt and re-set strategies
  • Fast thinker, excellent at being able to devise business opportunities, and develop products that are suited to the customer’s needs
  • Customer management and ability to build relations at low, mid and top management
  • Understanding of API functionality, and the ability to express market needs to developers for constant build ups and API evolution
  • Have a deep understanding of all Cloud Comm related products, which include access numbers, voice, local services, messaging, international aggregation and termination, regulatory and legal restrictions
  • Understand the technicalities of the communication flow and set up, including codecs, transaction set up, commercial models, etc.
  • Hands-on experience presenting and building the story line for product presentations and future
  • University degree, preferably with a major in business or engineering
  • Porting Process knowledge across countries in different regions
  • Experience with business ops support into reporting mechanisms & tools, provisioning & inventory management, profitability maximization
  • Ability to formulate plans and develop go to market strategies, defining country regulations and supplier limitations
  • Hands-on experience dealing with large projects and RFPs
