Delivery Manager/Scrum Master

Infopulse welcomes talented professionals to join our team and to cooperate with us as a Delivery Manager/Scrum Master.

The role primarily focuses on delivery/project management in Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Apps area. Project scale is as follows: from basic Microsoft Power Apps applications to full implementation of sales and marketing solutions (MS Dynamics 365).

Areas of Responsibility

  • Manage delivery from its initiation till its closeout
  • Maintain communication and direct relationship with a product owner from the customer side
  • Facilitate the engagement of new projects
  • Organize delivery development process using Agile/Scrum/Waterfall practices
  • Guide the team and engineers personally to the delivery success
  • Take full responsibility for Application Lifecycle Management tools (Azure DevOps)
  • Take full responsibility for WBS/backlog, prepare a project schedule, budget based on WBS, estimations, and rates/amounts
  • Track resource allocations and utilization
  • Track efficiency and analyze delivery economy model
  • Track the status, fulfill status reports needed for the Delivery Excellence Agency
  • Organize provisioning of needed resources during the project lifecycle
  • Track profitability of projects and resource allocation
  • Co-ordinate and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (i.e., sprint planning, daily stand-up, backlog refinement, sprint demos/reviews, and sprint retrospectives), managing dependencies for the team and providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress

Qualifications

  • Solid experience in all stages of solution life cycle, starting from the initiation and up to application operations and support
  • Experience in running several (2-4) small multinational teams simultaneously
  • Excellent knowledge of application lifecycle management
  • Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum
  • Well-developed communication and presentation skills
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English
  • Experience in Microsoft DevOps (specifically the backlog and process templates) is a requirement
  • Well-developed soft skills, ability to manage the team in high-pressure environment
  • Readiness to develop minimal level of needed hard skills related to the technology stack
  • Multitasking skills to balance between several (up to 10) small projects which have high level of unclarity
  • Readiness to discuss budgets and the need to descope functionality (nearly on each project) with clients
  • Ability to work fast under pressure cooperating with several stakeholders and dealing with high level of unclarity

Will be an advantage

  • Knowledge of different country-specific cultures (Ireland, Britain, India, Ukraine, UAE)
  • Knowledge of at least one of the target platforms: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps
  • Understanding of CI/CD basics
  • Understanding of key ERP/CRM/BI technologies and methodologies
  • Understanding of business analysis and system analysis
  • Understanding of the concept of Cloud Solutions (SaaS/PaaS), Azure services
  • Experience with Irish/British English is a big advantage
  • Strong desire to bring order to chaos
  • Ability to adjust to new ways of delivery, flexible attitude
