As a Mobility Market Manager, you will collaborate on establishing the current year's budget and next year's forecast for mobility services in the assigned sales regions. You will manage the Mobility Market to exceed the Mobility Market Budget and contribute to setting new acquisition contract targets for the sales regions, ensuring BICS maintains its leadership position in market share for core services while promoting new mobility services and solutions.

Areas of Responsibility
- Contribute to and prepare input data for mobility business reviews with the sales regions on a quarterly basis, providing focus and business intelligence to help meet their sales targets for the current year
- Contribute to the definition of leads and development activities for new and existing Mobility Market business (Signaling and Analytics, IP Mobility, VoLTE Roaming, SMS Enabler solutions, and any new solutions in the mobility domain)
- Define, execute, and communicate short- and long-term business strategies at all levels (pricing, buying, routing, communication)
- Drive efficient processes and support the pricing/offer digital transformation for mobility products, both individually and when sold as a single solution, while maintaining BICS pricing books
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in the commercial aspects of mobility and roaming business
- Strong business acumen, commercial mindset, and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with large data files are required
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage budgets and forecasts
- Experience in defining and executing business strategies
- Problem solving and solution seeking mindset
- Fluency in English
