Infopulse, Part of Tietoevry Create, is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Technical Presales Consultant.
We are seeking an expert to strengthen our collaboration with existing banking clients during the early stages of new initiatives. The role focuses on understanding client needs, managing expectations, and helping structure new requests before they reach our delivery teams.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in business analysis or consulting in the banking sector. The candidate should be able to navigate both business and technical conversations and act as a bridge between our account managers and delivery teams.
Areas of Responsibility
- Coordinate input from internal experts (tech leads, architects, analysts) during early discovery.
- Align client expectations before engaging delivery - timing, scope, resources, and constraints.
- Maintain an organized backlog of client initiatives and help the account team prioritize.
- Ensure early-stage communication is smooth and productive for all sides.
- Work closely with the delivery team to understand the functionality, capabilities, and limitations of the implemented solution to provide a customer-aligned and coordinated understanding of the functionality being planned or implemented.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, pre-sales, or consulting roles in IT or financial services.
- Solid understanding of banking processes (front/middle office, contact center, digital, core systems).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills - workshops, interviews, and solution walkthroughs.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and shape early-stage client ideas into clear business needs.
- Fluent in English and Bulgarian (written and spoken).
- Strong documentation and presentation skills (PPT, Confluence, etc.).
- Readiness for business trips.
Will be an advantage
- Familiarity with Oracle FlexCube or similar core banking systems.
- Experience working inside or closely with a commercial bank.
- Exposure to RFP/RFI processes and enterprise solution sales.
- Background in product ownership or technical solutions.
