2nd level support engineer

Infopulse is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Level 2 support engineer you will be part of a team that manages and supports Bosch.IO open-source projects. Together with Open Source Consultants, you will be enabling Bosch.IO open source activities.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Become a Level 2 support engineer for our product OCaaS ( e.g. Open Source License Scans).
  • Understand our product OCaaS in detail very well and also think outside the box
  • Our 1-level support, consisting of two colleagues, receives support requests from our Bosch internal customers via Jira ticket and chat (our customers are about 800 developers within Bosch), often technical support (2-level support) is needed for these tickets.
  • Discuss problems with our development team and be part of our Scrum team.
  • Communicate solutions in a simple and understandable way to our customers


  • Interest in learning new things
  • Friendly, communicative appearance, team player
  • First experience with an object-oriented programming language (ideally Kotlin or/and Java)
  • First experiences with build tools (e.g. NPM, Maven, Gradle, ..)
  • Interest in open source development and compliance
  • Experience with Jira is an advantage
  • Git version control experience
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
