Sales Development Representative

Infopulse is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Sales Development Representative with a focus on the German speaking market who will help to fill the pipeline with targeted hot leads.

Areas of Responsibility

• Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or other means or responding to inquiries
• Personal communications with leads
• Presenting services information to prospects and customers according to their needs
• Moving leads through the marketing funnel, mapping them to a salesperson, and setting up meetings, calls
• Following up with prospects to encourage purchasing
• Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to identify new potential needs
• Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met
• Finding contact details through various search tools to reach out to the prospect or account
• Inviting audience to events where Infopulse is involved, getting feedback after events
• Working with a CRM system
• Preparing monthly reports

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation, sales support or marketing 1+ year
• Understanding of company organizational structure and roles
• Level of German: Advanced
• Level of English: Proficiency
• Experience in using MS Office
• Experience in working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems
• Experience in data search and analysis
• Experience in IT is an advantage
