Senior UX Expert

Infopulse is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Senior UX Expert to join a project for our respectable client BOSCH. It is a 90-person project, in which Bosch develops a suite of tools for production planning and manufacturing optimization. The project is currently deployed in 50+ plants worldwide with more plants coming.

Areas of Responsibility

• Interacts directly with business sponsors and subject matter experts to understand business and functional requirements and constraints, and converts them into appealing, highly usable interfaces

• Develops an understanding of the end users of the websites/applications to be developed by conducting primary and secondary research, including user interviews, traffic data, existing systems, enterprise guidelines, etc., and communicates findings of user research
• Carries out user modelling and task analysis, and develops personas and scenarios
• Creates wireframes and visual design mockups as needed in order to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed user interaction behaviors
• Presents low and high-fidelity designs/mockups to clients for review, iteration, and approval
• Creates and evaluates interaction models, user task flows, screen designs, and UI details that promote ease of use and optimize the user experience
• Makes recommendations to solve complex interaction problems and improves overall user experience within an application and across different applications
• Conducts heuristic reviews of websites and web applications
