Infopulse is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Signaling Support Engineer (with Linux).
Areas of Responsibility
- Be responsible for all signaling related services as SRE and you will report to the Regional Team office
- Assure customer support for all signaling related products and provide dedicated support of network elements/features/functions
- Cooperate with our regional team in order to find solutions for problems reported by our customers, proactively detect and mitigate network risks
- Manage the operational relationship with local providers, reporting and tracking performances and issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, IT, Telecommunications or similar
- 1+ year’ experience in operation of mobile or fixed networks as an engineer
- Experience with Linux, RH 7,8
- You are familiar with Telecom technologies and ITU/ETSI standards
- Knowledge about the SS7/Sigtran, LTE, signalling call flows and roaming scenarios
- Knowledge and operational experience in network/nodes/service launch
- Experience with signaling protocol monitoring tools, protocol analyzers, trace analysis
- Good operational knowledge of network function virtualization
- Fluent in English
