SMS Disputing Specialist

Areas of Responsibility

  • Resolve SMS Fraud Disputes: Take charge of resolving SMS fraud disputes, including both Application-to-Person (A2P) and Person-to-Person (P2P) communications. This includes analyzing incident reports, liaising with stakeholders, and implementing solutions to mitigate risks associated with SMS fraud
  • Manage Alerts: Oversee fraud alerts, ensuring prompt and effective response times during inactive dispute periods
  • Fraud Prevention: Participate in various activities aimed at preventing fraud within the telecommunications field
  • Expand to Voice Fraud Disputes: While your initial focus will be on SMS fraud, you will have the opportunity to expand your expertise to voice fraud disputes. This includes learning new tools and methods to detect and resolve fraud in voice communications, providing you with comprehensive exposure to telecom fraud management


  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecom, or a related technical field. Ambitious final-year students are encouraged to apply
  • Experience: Background in the SMS A2P/P2P market is beneficial, or a strong desire to delve into this sector
  • Skills: A keen understanding of SMS traffic flow and robust analytical skills
  • Language: Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
