Areas of Responsibility

  • Resolving SMS fraud disputes (both A2P and P2P)
  • Manage fraud alerts when there are no active disputes
  • Resolving voice fraud disputes as a possibility in the future
  • Perform other activities within fraud prevention domain

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecom or related technical field
  • Experience on SMS A2P/P2P market
  • Understanding of SMS traffic flow
  • Good analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English
