BICS Enters into a Long-Term Agreement with Infopulse

Infopulse, a part of EDB ErgoGroup ASA, has been awarded the contract with BICS, part of the Belgacom Group and a leading global provider of Voice, Messaging, Roaming, Connectivity and Mobile Financial Services. Aimed to set-up the long term partnership the contract will need prolongation only in the end of 2020. The Master agreement implies that Infopulse will be delivering various IT services inclusive but not limited to the maintenance of BICS applications, developments in .NET and Java technologies as well for the performing ITT testing.

On the one hand, Infopulse can deliver BICS efficient and flexible services and operations align with offering value-added benefits from the global footprint of EDB ErgoGroup that enables a truly global delivery model. On the other hand, the cooperation with BICS will allow us to extend our knowledge and gain more valuable experience in the telecommunications area. Thus we are intended to strengthen our position in this important market segment.
