Infopulse signs a long-term contract with Connected Networks and expands its portfolio of clients in the communications and connectivity industry.
Connected Networks is a UK-based business-connectivity services provider that unites more than 500 fibre connection suppliers in 1 connectivity platform. We start our cooperation with the Capacity Management and Service Desk services. These are industry-focused services tailored by Infopulse to help connectivity providers and telecoms manage, market, and maintain their physical or virtual network channels.
We are bringing our telco-focused expertise with more than 20 years of servicing the industry further into Europe – our key market where Infopulse seeks growth opportunities. Capacity Management and Service Desk are our core services that capitalize on the niche expertise and cover the full lifecycle of the network that is operated by Connected Networks: starting with the channel connection design, further on to network configuration, and then to support and maintenance. Our aim is to build a lasting partnership with Connected Networks to grow and connect the world together.
