Infopulse Ranked as No. 3 Best Ukrainian IT Employer in 2016

For the fifth year in a row, Infopulse makes it to the Top Best IT Employers of Ukraine 2016 list published by DOU.ua, the largest Ukrainian online community for IT professionals. Infopulse hit the 3rd place in the category of the best largest Ukrainian IT Companies. The 2016 Rating results were published on December 05, 2016.

The annual online poll runs for a year and is open for Ukrainian IT companies’ employees with a valid LinkedIn profile. In 2016, in the course of the voting process over 13,500 IT professionals rated 853 Ukrainian IT companies in four categories – from small startups with 21-80 specialists to large companies with 800+ specialists. Those surveyed rated the companies they work for on a seven-level Likert-type scale with suggested answers ranging from “strongly agree” to “strongly disagree”. Respondents were suggested to rate a number of statements about the company, such as working conditions, professional growth opportunities, employee recognition and salary levels, communication with top management, relations with colleagues, and others.

This year, Infopulse is celebrating its 25th anniversary. Infopulse was founded in 1991, a quarter of a century ago.
