Infopulse Is the First Company to Provide Account Management Services for BICS
Infopulse will perform part of the account management of voice traffic telecom carriers for BICS worldwide. The new BICS Account Management (AM) team will provide the management of the existing and new interconnectivity accounts for business development, relationship maintenance and proactive search of new opportunities and will be dealing with pricing, financial, legal and technical issues of the company’s interconnects.
Providing account management for BICS, Infopulse is the first Ukrainian IT company to present the non-IT services – remote business operations management.
The partnership between the companies started in 2010, when Infopulse was awarded with the 10-year contract with BICS.
